[Investigating] We are familiar with a service affecting event related to Self-Diagnostics Portal (diagnostics.teridion.net). It does not cause any issues with the Global Cloud Network and does not affect customer's performance. If you need help with some diagnostics, please open a support ticket. We are investigating this issue and are working diligently to resolve it. We will post further updates as soon as we have them.
